Happy Monday to you. It was stereotypical here - cold, raw, wet and rainy (yes, that's redundant but it sounds good). I had to go out and run errands all morning but I got to stay in this afternoon until school got out and worked on some snowmen cards.
I picked up this adorable stamp from Stamp Happens at Michael's last week. I very rarely get wood mounted stamps anymore but I just couldn't resist. The words are not part of the stamp. Those are from Papertrey Ink and stamped with Garden Green ink (SU). They fit perfectly and added something to that blank space without having to color the whole thing in.
The snowmen are colored with copic and prismacolor markers.
Copics: YR16, YR18, R14, B24, YR61, G24, G28
Prismacolor: crimson red
The background paper is from BoBunny (wild berry red dots). Remember, I told you those dots would be making reappearances on this blog. I finished the card off with a Papertrey button and some twine.
The size of the card is 3.5 x 7 inches, a perfect size for this long stamp.
Tomorrow I get a break from Thanksgiving prep and get to relax with a massage. I am so looking forward to that! Hope you have a great night!
Very cute! Love their little carrot noses.
