I have been doing some playing with my Elzybell's. I had stamped up the different images and am now starting to color them and create cards with them. This definitely won't be the last one you see from me this week.
Here's a sweet little birthday card. She's colored with copic markers and her hair is done with prismacolor pencil and baby oil. I used my sakura metallic gelly roll pen for her shoes and to add a bit of sparkle to the present.
All I knew about this card was that I wanted to use this cute ribbon. The swirlies in the ribbon remind me of her hair. I finally decided to go with this paper from Reminisce. This was after going through a TON of my papers trying to figure out were I wanted to go with the colors. And if you remember my paper post, you know I don't exaggerate when I say a TON. I played with this layout on and off but adding any more just didn't feel like me so in the end I added a few rhinestones to jazz things up and called it a day.
Anybody have any predictions about the groundhog tomorrow? Want to guess what I'm hoping for??? Come on spring, come early this year!
So cute! Great job!
