Day 7! That's great, so much strength to not eat bad foods.


Congrats on losing 30 pounds, that is quite an accomplishment. I am in the same place. I signed up for a few sessions with a personal trainer to help me get back on track. Best wishes.


I don't have any real suggestions only that I'm where you are right now. I've set myself a reasonable goal, allowed myself some wiggle room, and am enjoying eating well and exercising again. I have been visualizing how I will look in those summer clothes and have already seen a difference. Overall...it has been a very positive experience. Good luck on your journey!
